Our highly skilled and motivated team has one mission – to create and deliver beautiful, robust balconies that are exactly as you need them, efficiently and to the highest safety standards.
Installation is fast and safe
With no requirement for on site assembly.
Each Perch SwiftFit Balcony is secured to the building by means of cast-in anchor, stub and cantilevered arm assemblies.
The Perch SwiftFit Balcony is manufactured off site to your specification.
The platform of the balcony has been designed with structural openings that fit the arms.
The balconies are transported to site, lifted off the truck and fixed in position from above – eliminating the need for scaffolding or any other external access such as ladders or Mobile Elevated Working Platforms.
