The balcony subcontract included offsite manufactured cantilevered balconies and balustrading comprising:
Staggered cantilevered balconies
Stacked single cantilevered balconies
Stacked double cantilevered balconies with privacy screens, and
Free standing glass balustrades bolted to concrete upstand on internal concrete balcony terraces (supplied by others)
