Project Description: Scope of works includes 45no. cantilevered balconies, some terrace balustrades, privacy screens, stairs balustrades & grabrails. Supply & fit Arc Engineering Perch SwiftFit balcony inline with architect’s concept drawings. HD galvanised platform with Perch aluminium powder-coated decking which free drains to the front via PPC aluminium soffit panels. Vertical rectangular profiled balustrade including continuous fixing plate behind to conceal balcony platform, all fixed back to Balcony Platform. Metal frame to perimeter of privacy screens with SATIN toughened only infill glass panels to replace balustrades as shown on drawings. All the above will be assembled in our workshop and delivered to site fully finished and craned into place.
Includes cast in anchors and stubs.
