The development consists of the construction of residential development between 4 and 7 storeys. The building has 47 apartments, a community room with its own entrance, and associated ancillary facilities contained within a residential courtyard.  Design, supply & fit 40 balustrades to the concrete balconies. HD galvanised & PPC channel to perimeter of balcony base with vertical bar balustrade to a portion of the balcony. Steel frame to support timber cladding, capping and fibre cement boards. All pre-assembled off site.
