Our on-site team have been busy at Aderrig, Admastown project phase 1 for B&C Contractors and developer Quintain Limited where we are supplying and fitting our offsite manufactured, modular Perch SwiftFit Balconies. These are fully assembled in our workshop and delivered to site fully finished and ready to be craned into place. Balcony construction is HD galvanised platform with PPC aluminium decking which free drains to the front via PPC aluminium soffit panels. Vertical rectangular profiled balustrade including continuous fixing plate behind to conceal balcony platform, all fixed back to Balcony Platform.
