Arc Engineering’s off-site manufactured balcony division Perch Swift Fit Balconies have completed the Two Oaks balcony project for Walls Construction. The project involves the design, supply & fit of 314 balconies. HD galvanised balcony base with powder coated aluminium decking, HD galv and powder coated vertical profile balustrades and a powder coated aluminium soffit all in black with controlled drainage. All manufactured and assembled in our factory and delivered to site ready for install.
